痛啊~~~~~

沒想到又回到了抽筋的日子, 今天早上一起床, 抱著剛剛起床的小若雅從他的小床到我們的大床, 突然, 痛啊~~~~~

我的左小腿又開始抽筋了, NONONONONOnononononONOnonoNonono!!!

看來我又要開始忍受抽筋的日子了!!!

  8. Do more stretch exercise with your calfs and make sure you are not dehydrated. Try to stretch your calfs in bed when you feel they are tightening up-Susan
