08.14.2012 再次來到Technique Restaurant!

上次跟威爺吃完Technique超滿意, 為了好好謝謝馬麻 + Sydney + Will常常幫我照顧Zcubic, 星期一那天早上10AM馬上跑到Open Table訂位, 決定帶他們來吃一頓大餐!

這天晚上送的小前菜跟上次不一樣, 是小小的番茄裡面放著Cheese!

本來想說前菜怎麼會點Pasta, 而且份量跟Entree差不多, 結果一吃, 味道還真是不錯, 好吃!

"Fried Seafood"! 看這Menu上寫著各式各樣的Seafoods, 一上桌我看Sydney都傻眼了, 因為全是炸的, 或許Menu上的法文我們看不懂, 沒有"Fried"這個字, 卻是一整個Dish都是炸的, ㄟ.... 是甜不辣嗎? 哈哈哈哈哈哈.....

"Filet Mignon" with sauce béarnaise, potato puree, spinach, glazed root vegetables...

我是猶豫了好久才決定點這Chicken的, 想說吃吃看, 沒想到超好吃!!! 這是Chicken Breast, 卻吃起來一點都不乾, 很Juicy, 而且很特別的他們把這Chicken弄得一塊一塊圓圓的, 真不知道是怎麼切的? 哈哈哈哈哈哈.....

那看起來很像是一片片的小香腸, 卻是Potato薯片呢!

巧克力的Cheesecake味道好濃郁, 就差一杯咖啡!

"The cookies and ice cream"裡的Coffee Ice Cream好好吃, 咖啡的味道很濃很特別喔!

Technique Restaurant的3 Courses Fixed Menu已經漲價, 本來中午$13, 現在$20, 晚餐$16, 現在要$25嘍!!!

Please note:

As of August 21st Technique Restaurant will feature a new a la carte menu. Technique’s menu will offer delicious selections including our signature Le Cordon Bleu Grilled Caesar Salad and our Red Curry Cream Mussels with Pommes Frites for starters as well as our pan seared Jidori Chicken Breast with chanterelle mushroom or Lamb Loin Sous Vide with ratatouille and couscous. The a la carte menu prices will range from $3 to $12 for appetizers, $9 to $18 for entrées and desserts are $6. Technique will offer a three course Prix Fixe Menu that will change weekly for $20 at lunch and $25 at dinner.
