一起來做玫瑰花饅頭嘍!!!

今天的主角不是天津狗不理饅頭, 而是簡單又很漂亮的玫瑰花饅頭, "紅色"的玫瑰花饅頭最重要的就是這一大顆"甜菜根"!!!
為了不要吃到不自然的色素, 我們用甜菜根來染色!

這次也讓我發現Grace切菜俐落矯捷, 好像很熟練的樣子, 原來他之前在台灣都已經拿過烹飪執照了哩!!!

將切好的甜菜根打成果汁, 過濾後最好是煮過, 才不會到時候饅頭一蒸, 全部都褪色喔!!!

一面發麵團, 一面把甜菜根的果汁放進去.....

哇~~~ 揉得好圓好圓, 就打它發酵嘍!!!

發酵好後就準備好大中小一共有四塊不同Size的麵粉團!

在把四塊小團的麵團揉成一張一張的皮, 重覆疊起來!

再把紅豆弄成一條一條的, 可以當作玫瑰花的花蕊!

把紅豆條放在最中間, 慢慢往上捲起來!

用Cutter從中間切一半, 就成了一朵朵的玫瑰花嘍!!!
