威嫂的鹹酥雞食譜

好吧, 看在大家對威嫂的鹹酥雞這麼有興趣, 我只好將祖傳祕方(是超會煮菜的Claire去加拿大前給我的喔, 不過我自己改了一點點, 哈)大公開嘍~! 每個人只要繳學費$50就可以了, 哈哈哈... 天啊, 圍巾跟烹飪原來可以這麼賺錢, 我應該跟瑪姬來開一家媽媽學院, 隔壁還有文玫姊開的育幼院, 這樣媽媽們可以跟小孩子一起學習, 不錯耶~! 哈哈哈... 好啦好啦, 這是威嫂的鹹酥雞食譜:
雞腿肉4隻切成塊狀(雞腿肉比較好吃)
+醬油4大匙
+米酒1大匙
+糖1茶匙
+五香粉1茶匙(多放一點就更有鹹酥雞的那種香味)
+太白粉適量
+蒜頭4顆
+幾片九層塔
=全放在一起醃30分鐘
之後沾上薯蜀粉+九層塔炸到金黃色
起油鍋後撒上細緻白胡椒粉就是香噴噴的威嫂的鹹酥雞嘍!!!

Really! This is your recipe? It looks just like Claire's old recipe that she gave you when she lived in San Fran. ha ha ha....
